Today we celebrate an original Freedom Fighter. A woman who faced death daily. We don’t celebrate her just because she helped people find their own freedom, but for allowing herself to be free despite her circumstances. Black. Woman. Slave. Physically Challenged. Abandoned. Probably one of the most unlikeliest people you would think you could find freedom from. #harriet
