Our communities aren’t just where we live; they are also where we work, play, worship and learn. When we remember that we have an impact on all of the places that we interact with, it becomes easier to remember that we are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of these spaces.

Each year, the Prince George’s County Planning Department’s Go Work! Go Green! team sponsors the Schoolhouse Pond clean up to remove debris, trash, and harmful substances from our neighborhood waterway. Check out a cool video that explores a little more about what we do and why!
